VANITY
Its name already tells us its origins: gewürz in German means aromatic, spicy, while traminer tells us of the place of origin, namely the South Tyrolean town of Termeno (Italian translation of the original German name “Tramin”). Here then comes the singular name of the aromatic wine of Termeno, from the identity bouquet of rose and lychee, which delicately caresses the nose. In the sip the pride of its fine elegance is captured, which triumphs queen among the harmony of its forms. In our interpretation of this noble vine, the vanity of its aromas is reflected in a more austere profile and as in a game of mirrors, the reverberation of every essence is concealed and at the same time manifested and the palate is never satisfied with this tenuous balance.
